LEASING SERVICES

We offer leasing services at a percentage of the lease value.  These services include all marketing & showing of the property, processing applications, coordinating lease terms with you, preparing and getting signed the leasing documents and helping your get the property ready for a tenant to move in.  You take any additional interaction with the tenant at move-in.  This is a onetime fee.  

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE

Our full service at a percentage of the rents collected include all of the above services plus moving the tenant into the unit, collecting the monthly rent, coordinating any maintenance needed on the unit with you and the appropriate service provider (handyman, electrician, etc.), paying monthly bills and issuing monthly and annual statements.  We also move the tenant out of the property at the end of the lease and start the process of getting a new tenant at no additional charge to you.
